Meet the Founder
Dr Denise Chan, PhD
I have a PhD in Biochemistry and a background in academic research, biotechnology and project management. I previously worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the University of Pittsburgh in the United States.
I later moved into the biotechnology industry, where my work included research project coordination, grant applications, budget monitoring and progress reporting.
Over the years, I have contributed to successful funding applications totalling approximately £1.2 million (GBP equivalent) and helped manage government-funded research projects.
Through Kriosbio, I now offer practical grant support, project management and affordable digital solutions to small businesses, startups, sole traders and charities.
My approach is simple: understand what you need, agree on a clear scope of work, and provide support without unnecessary costs or complications.
